Been thinking about building control arms for a while now so i decided im going to start building S10 arms first. Heres a pic of what i got so far. These are Jmews hes getting the first pair. They are built out of 1.75 DOM tubing. Im having all the ball joint cups machined so everything is perfect. Ill keep you updated as they are finished and when they will be for sale.

They will all be TIG welded

Prob not dude. Thats a whole different ballgame. Your steering would need to be reworked and alot of other stuff would need to happen in order to do what you wanted.

Control arms has nothing to do with the arms being centered in the wheel opening... Its the upper control arm mounts that cause the wheel to go back when layed out...

Go study some more

Im still working on the first pair getting everything all figiured out. Im also trying to make them compatable with the SD cups or im also going to sell my own cups. The first pair are pretty close to being done.

No the uppers should be pretty close to the SD ones it's hard to really them any better. All I can try and do is make them a little more affordable
