This is Brians frontier we did the rear setup a few months ago sorry didnt get a lot of pics. He orginally bought a AIM kits and of course it didnt fit for shit so he gave me a call to see if i could fix it.

Once we got the truck here i Did a 3 x 3 Notch then added a 3 link with bag over axel. (upon his request)

Now the truck is back in for baggin the front relocating everything under the bed as far as air management.

Doing a full combo Tailgate and roll pan

Sheetmetal bed.

probly a mixture of wood dust, bondo, and metal. Shop next to him is a wood worker, then lucid paint is on the other side..

indeed sir indeed. The strut rod or whatever the fuck they call it just limits the forward and backward motion the lower arm can make, triangulating it accomplishes the same thing and usually increases wheel clearance at lower heights.

Pretty much finished up. The bed is completely welded up and smoothed out for the bed liner. It should lay a little lower once he gets his exhaust all finished up.

The inside of the bed is so clean yet the eye is drawn to the tank with all the stickers. I'd suggest cleaning that up a bit and maybe painting it the same color as the rest of the bed.

We thought the hood line would meet so we chopped the front off so he could keep the headlights but use the bodyline/ wheel opening of the earlier Frontier fender. Then we realized that the hood is higher on his year model so we had to cut the top of the old fender off and weld it to the top of the new fender above the body line. And then we cut the other half of the bottom of the old fender off less than an inch up from the lower curve that goes behind the bumper and welded it onto the fender that is on the truck(lower section done after this photo was taken). The seams did not match up perfect so it took longer than expected to weld it all up(still not finished with either fender but the passenger side fender is close).

No, just for a cleaner appearance. The bodyline is much cleaner than the one he had.

The front had fender flares that when removed revealed a very nasty wheel opening lip. Also the body line that goes from the fender to the back of the truck stops on the newer trucks just in front of the door and Brian wanted it to continue toward the headlight so he bought the earlier Frontier fenders to use the wheel openings that match the bed and the bodyline that goes nearly the full length of the fender.
