Man i cant remember what brand they were. Ill look them up and let you know. Pretty much what you see on Sauls truck is 16 and 14 guage. I have done a couple of pieces in 1/8 and it looks pretty cool. Just works the press pretty good. I could really use a bigger press but it gets the job done.

they showed how to make a press out of 3 inch square tubing on extreme four by four, with a bottle jack... I dunno how heavy of a metal it will dimple, but you might look it up... it would be something you could make. and would be cheaper..

control arms looks sweetness! I might be building a set soon for that datsun im doing. Are you using just 1/8" tube? I would think you would want a thicker wall but then ya got an issue of bending it. Thought about seeing if the muffler guy could do some bends for me on some thicker material. Whats been working for you if ya dont mind me axing? lol

On most of my upper A-Arms I use 1 1/4 DOM with a 3/16 wall thickness. The lowers I usually use an 1 3/4 DOM with a 3/16 wall thickness which is actually a .188 wall if im not mistaken.

Those are the ones i bought from you a couple of months ago. The steering should all be factory with no problem!!!!
