DHP is now offering Mitsubishi tube arms. These come with poly bushings, screw in style balljoints and hardware. I will have new pics as soon as I complete my photography table.

I just posted new pics of the Mitsu lower arms and also created a Mitsu lower install pics page. I finally have lower install pics and also pics of the new lower tube brace.

Ok heres the new production version of the Mitsubishi upper and lower arms. The dimensions are the same but the lower bag plates and upper balljoint braces are different. theres also the new lower tube brace. Let me know what you think.

did u correct the issue with the upper cross bar not fitting thru the bushing tubing that john brough up on mightyd50? if so what did u have to do?

well, the bushing like the stock one is still in the same place, but the bolt going thru goes into a tube that replaces the nut. That tube has a bushing on the other end that eliminates the strut rods. I also have new version pics. I just changed the design of the bag plate. Heres a pic of the prototype install. the plate on the end is the version that customer made himself. I made one that installs over the tube. anyway check this pic.

Ok so now look at this pic of a similar install on an Isuzu. This shows the style of plate and how the tube thing works. The brace actually goes at the end of the tube but you get the idea.

I meant the uppers? I remember johnboy from mightyd50 had issues with the crossbar not fitting thru the bushing tube

Ive started tapering the pieces to fit thru. plus now I check them twice, once when tacked and then again after welding. I also had some Isuzu crossbars bent during welding so I made special jigs to hold the pieces during welding to reduce warpage.
The Import arms are like candy now...

looks like you have cut alot off the bottom of that crossmember. was that to get the motor lower or what?
