Im slackin this week. Ill take pics in the morning... its faded red original color. Its a jeep comanche eliminator. straight 6 and a 5 speed. has a straight front solid tube axle. wont be easy lowering it so I guess it stays shop truck for a while.
Those who know me will know that I have been wanting (for years) to take a comanche truck and a cherokee 4 door and make a 4 door truck... This is another idea im looking at...
its nice going to the steel yard tho. It was a bitch buying DOM tube and having it cut in thirds and stuffing it into the 94 Mazda 929....
anyway heres a pic of the new C30 arms Im working on....

My Three favorites for a daily driver.
1. bagged anything, its just cool no matter what it is.
2. brand new truck, its just nice to drive something new.
3. paid for truck, its nice to be able to throw crap in the bed.

My uncle has one of those trucks, that thing is ugly as hell but it has never left him stranded!!

They maybe ugly, but they are unique since you dont see many of them. Just paint it, bag it and put some nice wheels, and you got yourself a head turner!

Ive followed that guys build thread on SSM. I do want to bag and drop it. If I do then it gets the 4 door treatment at the same time as well as a tube frame and some other engine....

Actually I need a first gen Frontier upper arm, lower arm and spindle. I need it for about 3 or 4 days to do measuring, balljoint test fitting and jig making. If you or anyone has what I need and can ship it to me for a few days I will give you a complete set of upper and lower arms with all the balljoints and bushings.
I have clues on what balljoints to use already so its more measuring, and jig making that I need to do.

Why ditch the 4.0? That is the the best engine Jeep ever used.

Id rather have a 302 from a Mustang or a 351 with an overdrive automatic. I do like the straight 6 if it stays in there...
