need to move my shop

Im gonna need to move my shop sometime in January. If I dont find some space somewhere I will probably make parts at my job until I find something. anyone know of some space of about 500 sq ft or so in the east dallas/garland area let me know.

I also live out in Wylie so anything out that way works as well.

for the time being I have moved DHP to my work. My work is Integrated armor systems located in dallas close to plano and forest. I will build parts there until I get a small shop somewhere.

I think around 325 a month bills paid. I want to say they are about 30x30.

wow, I may have to look into that. Is it just storage space or do they have 220 electric and water and stuff? I need 25x25 minimum and some 220 electric.

well i know there has to be electricity in there cause our friend who rents one has a small lift and 220 compressor

not sure what they charge but a friend of mine has a vinyl car wrap buisness and rents one of their buildings to do the wraps.

Heres a pic of half of the inside to give you an idea, it probably has another 25 feet in front of the truck and I took the pic leaning on the right hand wall (to give you idea of the width)
