2001-2006 GM fullsize 4x4 4L80E swap crossmember

This is the crossmember for 2001-2006 GM fullsize 4x4 trucks with a 4L80E transmission swap. This crossmember also allows clearance for the larger trans oil pan option. It also comes with a notch for the front driveline.

I will also be making a 4wd crossmember for the 4L60E

i assume this would work just fine on a 2wd truck right?

Well the 2wd version would need the hump and a single hole for the trans but both are built on the same jig.

I was asked by a guy about the 4L80E swap for a 4x4. I was told it was a popular mod for them guys so I put one out since the end mounts are the same.

its a popular mod for the 2wd guys too, check out performancetrucks.net and ls1truck.com, tons of guys do the 4l80e swap over there
